MerchCanvas / Lookbooks
Your collection, ready to share

Send the collection as a complete story.

A finished lookbook gives a buyer or shopper somewhere to explore the whole edit. Lead with campaign imagery, introduce the season, and present selected products in the order that makes sense for your collection.

INSIDE Lookbooks

Show people the finished collection, not your working files. Create a branded presentation to share with buyers or shoppers, with the product detail and access controls each audience needs.

02 / THE DETAILS BUYERS NEED

Give the buying conversation a useful starting point.

Bring product imagery and commercial details together in a password-protected buyer edition. A buyer can review the assortment, compare styles and send an enquiry with the collection already in view.

  • Present explicit wholesale prices per unit, with an optional retail reference.
  • Include size and color options, variant and SKU references, and composition or care information.
  • Set minimum quantities, delivery windows and your collection terms.
  • Provide an email enquiry action for the buyer’s next conversation with your team.

A buyer edition is a wholesale presentation, not stock reservation, a live B2B quote or an ordering checkout.

03 / SHARE WITH INTENTION

A link to send. An edition to stand behind.

Publish when the presentation is ready, then share its link with the people who need it. Keep new edits in a draft and republish deliberately so your recipients see the edition you intended to send.

  • Use a named share link and open it to check the recipient’s view.
  • Protect buyer editions with a password; anyone with both the link and password can view them.
  • Print or save a PDF through the browser for a meeting or an offline reference.
  • Republish to update the snapshot when products, prices or content change.
  • Unpublish to withdraw the hosted edition. PDFs and other copies already saved by recipients cannot be recalled.
A SIMPLE STARTING POINT

Make it part of your workflow.

01

Start with the people receiving it

Choose a buyer edition or a shopper lookbook, then bring in the products from your collection.

02

Make the collection easy to understand

Add the cover and story, refine the product order, and include the product and commercial details your audience needs.

03

Share the finished edition

Preview the recipient’s view and set a password for a buyer edition. Then publish, copy the link, and share it with the people you want to reach.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A little
more detail.

Can shoppers buy through a lookbook?

Shopper editions can link to the product pages in your Shopify storefront. The lookbook itself is not a separate cart or checkout.

Are buyer editions a wholesale ordering system?

No. They present product information, explicit wholesale prices and enquiry details. They do not manage buyer accounts, reserve stock or create wholesale orders. Anyone with the link and password can view an edition.

Will a published lookbook update automatically?

A published edition is a snapshot. Edit and republish it to update its products, prices or content. Unpublishing removes the hosted edition but cannot recall PDFs or copies someone has already saved.
